This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative incentive programs tailored to recruitment and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements related to recruitment performance.
- Develop strategies to improve recruitment team performance using incentive-based models.
- Lead the implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce (preferred) or other technologies.
- Analyze incentive criteria and explore creative options to drive high performance in recruitment teams.
- Integrate various internal systems to consolidate and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Build comprehensive dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics and incentive effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment performance optimization and incentive design.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in solution consulting with a focus on recruitment and hiring team optimization.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing incentive programs for recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of incentive criteria, models, and strategies to enhance performance.
- Proficiency in integrating internal systems to enable seamless data flow and analysis.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, metrics generation, and creating insightful reports.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and its tools for automation, integration, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with third-party integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
