We are looking for a talented Senior Solution Engineer to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our EU Aftermarket Meritor Department in the Czech Republic.
We offer a fully remote position based in the Czech Republic, with approximately 10% business travel, mainly to Germany and the UK.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Analyze business and technical requirements to design, document, configure, test, and implement fit-for-purpose technology solutions that align with business goals.
Translate stakeholder needs into integrated solution designs, workflows, architecture diagrams, data models, and configuration documentation.
Support solution development, customization, integration, data migration, and testing to ensure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Validate integrations, data flows, interoperability, and solution performance to ensure accuracy, quality, reliability, and a seamless user experience.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across design, configuration, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, IT service providers, and business partners to ensure work is delivered to agreed quality, schedule, cost, security, privacy, and performance expectations.
Facilitate design walkthroughs, presentations, knowledge-sharing, and training sessions to support stakeholder alignment, solution adoption, and support readiness.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks, dependencies, process inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities that improve solution performance, usability, and business value.
