Job Description
As a Business Analyst with expertise in Retail and CPG, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and re-designing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
- Defining quantifiable metrics to measure the effectiveness of new or updated processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Creating backlogs and assisting in requirement prioritization, overseeing implementation, testing, and release processes.
- Utilizing approaches, tools, and techniques for documenting requirement specifications and use cases, ensuring clarity and feasibility for stakeholder signoff.
- Conducting primary and secondary research to validate requirements, identifying assumptions and dependencies.
- Leading efforts to define project scope and facilitating decision-making processes when multiple options exist.
- Designing and executing structured solution strategies for global teams to address complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail or CPG industry, preferably in South Asia.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle wicked problems and design innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa (Indonesian).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on project requirements and deliverables.
