Get ready to:

• Recruit and lead end-to-end recruitment to ensure exceptional talent join our R&D (Engineering, Product, Data, IT) teams across the LatAm region

• Collaborate and be a strategic partner with hiring managers and other related stakeholders to create and maintain recruitment strategies, candidate scorecards and interview plans

• Develop and refine our interview processes to optimize for efficiency and an amazing candidate experience

• Build a deep understanding of Deel’s products, and exactly what is required of our new team members

• Mentor other Talent Acquisition team members

• Use data to lead hiring conversations with stakeholders to develop internal and external sourcing strategies

• Ensure we maintain an incredible culture throughout Deel, and the team live and breathe our key values

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 6+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role within a scale-up or Tech company

• A proven track record of recruiting top R&D talent quickly across a variety of positions (e.g. Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, etc.)

• Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring R&D talent within the LatAm region

• You are comfortable handling complex candidate questions as they may pertain to compensation, equity, immigration and other related issues

• You are a natural communicator and can engage the room effortlessly when presenting, speaking and demonstrating

• You are used to working with data to make processes more efficient
