Become an Outcoder as a Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at EX² Outcoding, you will lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that align with user needs and business goals. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our projects, ensuring they meet both functional and brand standards.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Solid experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing your work in English.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong client-facing experience.
Problem-solving skills, proactiveness, and a sense of ownership.
Impressive attention to detail and time management skills.

This will be considered a plus:

Experience with remote work and distributed teams.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
