As a Web Designer, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Perform design activities on various projects, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed-upon deadlines and objectives;
• Create innovative interfaces and experiences, incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to optimize workflows, personalize content, and automate interactions;
• Stay up to date on UX/UI and AI/GenAI methodologies and tools, promoting innovation in projects;
• Conduct user research, develop personas, map user journeys, and build low- and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Test and validate user experiences, collecting feedback and refining AI/GenAI-powered interactions;
• Collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Sales teams, integrating AI/GenAI insights to improve the user experience;
• Contribute to the excellence of the Design team by providing mentorship, reviews, and training;
• Develop functional interfaces using frameworks provided by the client or off-the-shelf development platforms, incorporating AI/GenAI components where applicable.

Prerequisites:

• Advanced conversational English;
• Solid experience with UX/UI, including prototyping for web and applications (desktop, tablet, mobile);
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies;
• Practical experience or interest in AI and GenAI applied to digital interfaces and experiences;
• A robust portfolio demonstrating skills in interface and user experience design;
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.

Desirable:

• Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with collaboration tools (Miro, InVision);
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI into UX workflows, automation, and interface personalization.
