Job Description:
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an SEO Executive, who will be involved in all aspects of delivering SEO projects, with a strong focus on on-page, off-page, link-building, and backlink strategies.
In this role, you will support our SEO team in all matters relating to SEO optimisation, strategy and growth. We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and results-driven SEO fluent in English, as well as either Finnish or Danish is a plus. The ideal candidate needs a deep passion for digital content and SEO, alongside a good understanding of affiliate marketing within highly competitive industries.
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day SEO activities, including On-Page and Off-Page optimisation
Competitor analysis, backlink audits, technical audits, managing Wordpress projects, content publishing
Plan and manage link-building efforts, including outreach
Conduct regular competitor analysis
Regularly monitor the project backlink profile using tools like Ahrefs
Monitor and evaluate search results and performance
Identifying opportunities to improve technical, content
Supporting senior team members
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, including backlinking and link-building outreach.
Experience conducting technical audits, content audits, and backlink audits.
Experience with SEO tools (Moz, Ahrefs, GSC, SEMRush, Majestic, ScreamingFrog, etc)
Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering (Claude, Gemini…)
Proficient in web editing (ideally WordPress CMS)
Preferable knowledge of iGaming industries
Ideally, 2-3 years of SEO experience
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in affiliate or content-led environments
Speaking Finnish or Danish is a plus
Previous experience in a remote-first company.
