What you’ll achieve

As an subject matter expert you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate IT Business community, providing escalation-level support for IT Depot support issues. You will work with large global customer on IT depot/warehouse operations.

You will:

  • Monitor tracking of IT inventory, including hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Lead regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with database records

  • Plan and configure IT equipment for deployment to end-users

  • Document all activities related to inventory management, staging, and depot operations

  • Leads process improvements, identifies inefficiencies, and reports them to management; Assists management in coordinating and conducting team meetings and group discussions

  • Manage functions such as shift schedules, training, research issues, ad hoc reporting, and client escalation

Essential Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in onsite IT support and/or IT Depot management.

  • Strong knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Desktops, laptops and printers, exchange ActiveSync, configuration of emails on iPhone and Android, Voice/Telecom and voice messaging systems.

  • Strong skills with business applications such as MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills

  • Advanced customer Service skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent

  • Knowledge of appropriate networks, products and protocols
