We are now looking for a self-driven Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join our Swedish team!
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of implementing IT or Enterprise Service Management solutions, with both technical and process consultancy experience. You will be responsible for delivering and configuring Matrix42 Professional IT and Enterprise Service Management solutions for our Swedish and Scandinavian customers.
Have a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and ITIL practices and the use cases they serve.
Have at least 1–3 years of experience working with software implementation projects, or with the administration/continuous development of Service Management software such as Easit, Nilex, Wendia, Marval, Cherwell, BMC Footprints, ServiceNow, or similar.
Are passionate about working with customers and providing an excellent customer experience.
Consider yourself a solution-oriented and technical person who enjoys solving real-world business challenges by digitalizing and automating workflows and manual tasks.
Have scripting skills (e.g., Python), knowledge of Linux terminal commands, SQL, and an understanding of REST APIs — all of which are considered a strong advantage.
Are able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, with a proactive approach and strong oral and written communication skills.
Are a native-level Swedish speaker with the ability to communicate fluently in English as well. Finnish is appreciated but not mandatory.
