Job Description
- You work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations.
- You Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow.
- You are responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration.
- You have a great understanding of the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
- You develop and implement the technical solutions and perform the component Integration Tests.
- You configure changes with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting and Angular JS.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years core experience only in ServiceNow development.
- You are highly skilled in Webservices, ITSM, ITOM and Integrations.
- You already have experience in ITIL as well as Service Portal.
- Fluent German and English is mandatory.
