Provide expert guidance and support for our SNOW Platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the need and translate into technical specification.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow Platform, especially ITOM, to meet specific business needs, ensuring a seamless integration with existing or new processes.
Develop automated workflows and scripts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual efforts, automate key processes > focus discovery.
Ensure compliance with ITIL, ITOM, ITSM and CMDB
Provide training and guidance to team members, enhancing their understanding of SNOW CMDB architecture and mapping.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements to Servicenow processes and procedures, enhancing system functionality, user experience and quality
Be up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates and best practices, and apply this knowledge effectively in our environment
Analyze issues and suggests solutions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practice on ITOM
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, CMDB, ServiceMapping
Good experience with Windows/Linux, SQL and Database technologies
CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and CMDB Certification required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have already work in an Infrastructure Services context.
Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
Team spirit, collaboration and communication.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
