SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant

We are seeking a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant to provide Level 3 support, administration, and maintenance of enterprise collaboration platforms within an Inetum project environment. The role focuses on SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 services, supporting operational stability, governance requirements, and ongoing platform evolution.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 services.

• Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments, including patching, upgrades, and health monitoring.

• Troubleshoot complex issues affecting platform performance, configuration, and availability.

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Forms.

• Support security, compliance, governance, and access management requirements.

• Resolve incidents and service requests according to agreed service levels.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.

• Support SharePoint migration activities from On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online when required.

• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and technical stakeholders to deliver stable solutions.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions.

• Experience administering SharePoint On-Premises environments and SharePoint Online.

• PowerShell scripting experience.

• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, networking concepts, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, permissions, and governance concepts.

• Familiarity with IT service management processes.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Additional Valued Experience

• SharePoint migration experience and familiarity with SPMT or ShareGate.

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Experience developing solutions using SPFx, TypeScript, and React.

• Experience with Prometheus, SPDocKit, AdminDroid, or similar tools.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.

• French language skills.
