Your Responsibilities
Designing and continuously developing subject-specific learning content based on our guidelines
Educational work with adult learners as part of career reorientation (including consideration of career changers and those with migration backgrounds)
Exam preparation and support for participants toward the IHK certification (written exam, project work, and colloquium)
Close collaboration and cooperation with the internal course team We are seeking instructors (m/f/d) for one or more of the following subject areas:- Patient management, DRG billing and coding, ward administration, and hospital controlling
Application of hospital information systems (Orbis or SAP IS-H), management of HL7/FHIR interfaces, data analysis using Power BI, and IT security in the KRITIS environment
Collective bargaining law (TVöD-K and AVR), payroll accounting via DATEV, and recruiting in the healthcare sector
Practice organization, KV billing according to EBM, quality management in accordance with G-BA guidelines, and hygiene management
Medical terminology, healthcare law and compliance, patient communication, and the implementation of AI applications in daily professional practice
Your skills
Relevant practical experience in the healthcare sector within the aforementioned fields
Pedagogical or didactic qualifications (e.g., AEVO, trainer certification) or several years of experience in adult education
Affinity for working with career changers, as well as exceptional patience and clear communication when dealing with diverse target groups
Proficiency with digital teaching formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and openness to the didactic use of AI tools
Reliability, a structured approach to work, and enthusiasm for working with clearly defined curricula
