The Snr. Manager, Data Modeling & GTM Strategy will build and analyze complex data models, all while playing a crucial part in shaping and executing our Go-To-Market strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory.
You will leverage data-driven insights to solve complex business problems, collaborating with talented colleagues, and celebrating successes in a vibrant, fun work environment. We're looking for someone with a passion for Excel data modeling, experience with Salesforce, and a knack for turning data into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Complex Data Models: Lead the construction, maintenance, and optimization of intricate Excel data models using extensive data sets to generate comprehensive and actionable business recommendations.
  • Annual GTM Planning Support: Create frameworks and roadmaps for the ongoing planning process in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Define cadences, facilitate meetings, and prepare materials to support planning efforts with leadership.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Direct detailed data-driven analysis to provide performance trends, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations supported by robust business cases. Collaborate with the reporting and analytics team to ensure accurate, real-time data reporting.
  • GTM Strategy Development: Work with our team to define, manage, and execute GTM strategies and sales acceleration initiatives that adapt to evolving market conditions and business goals.
  • Win/Loss Analysis: Support win/loss analysis efforts to distill key insights, drive strategic decisions, and package findings for review and presentation.
  • Segmentation & Coverage Planning: Participate in segmentation and coverage planning efforts to ensure strategic market alignment.
  • KPI Definition & Realization: Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for managing revenue sector performance. Develop regular reporting and analysis to drive growth and improve efficiency.
  • Board and QBR Preparation: Support the preparation of board presentations and quarterly business review (QBR) decks with detailed and accurate data analysis.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Contribute to fostering a customer-centric culture by ensuring that revenue operations positively impact customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc data analysis and create presentations to address emerging business challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support cross-training efforts to cover operational needs and promote work-life balance within the team.

Requirements:

  • Prefer minimum 5 years of experience across data / financial modeling and GTM Strategy within a subscription-based business focusing on ARR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • High competency in data/financial modeling and analysis, as well as developing actionable insights, recommendations, and business cases.
  • Strong business acumen in a software-related environment.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Excel modeling, analysis, and data visualization tools (Looker preferred, or Tableau and Power BI).
  • Experience successfully working in a fast-paced global company, leading multiple projects and relationships amidst continuous change and competing priorities.
  • Experience in defining and launching innovative performance metrics and initiatives, sales productivity & performance improvement programs, identifying gaps or business needs, proposing data-driven recommendations, and innovating and scaling solutions.
  • Highly analytical, data / fact driven, process oriented, and comfortable developing data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent at digging through data and translating it into actionable/impactful insights and recommendations.
  • Desire to hear and understand Sales needs and determine paths forward, while balancing the adherence to guardrails needed by Legal and Finance.
  • Ability to handle stress with a positive, calm and data-driven approach, focused on company objectives.
  • Operate with honesty, integrity, transparency, enthusiasm, and respect for others.

The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000 - $165,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
