We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location: Bucharest, Romania / Limassol, Cyprus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
- Manage and grow Naga.com's global social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with local teams and external agencies to tailor content and campaigns for specific regions, ensuring cultural relevance and impact.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, and more) that drives audience interaction and brand loyalty.
- Lead hands-on content creation efforts, including coordinating User Generated Content (UGC) and leveraging internal creative teams, freelance professionals, and agency resources.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Naga.com at the forefront of the industry.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align social media activities with overall company goals and campaigns.
Requirements:
- +2 years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager;
- Hands on experience in content management;
- Previous experience in trading/ fintech industry would be an advantage;
- Excellent copywriting skills;
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video);
- Knowledge of online marketing channels;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
