We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager - Poland (m/f/d) to join our International Marketing team as a team player.

Job summary:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to oversee our polish social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the polish Sports / Fitness market. You will be responsible for growing our online community, creating engaging content, managing and growing influencer relationships, and driving brand awareness and engagement in Poland. If you have a passion for social media and an eye for design and image composition, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the polish market.

• You must be located in Poland, with a deep understanding of local culture, trends, and communication styles.

• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.

• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the polish market to amplify our brand message and reach.

• Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation.

• Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI.

• Translate website content and other marketing materials into polish to ensure localization and cultural relevance.

Dein Profil (Your Profile)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in Poland.

• Strong understanding of the polish Fitness / Sports market.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in polish.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers in the polish market.

• Outgoing and communicative.

• Passion for social media with an eye for design and image composition.
