Sinch Email is hiring a Mid-level Fullstack Developer to join our Mailjet App team! As a key team member, you will participate in the development and maintenance of our web applications, working on both backend (PHP) and frontend (React). We are looking for someone who is passionate about software engineering, eager to learn continuously, and motivated to create end-to-end solutions on a global scale.

As our Software Developer, you will:

  • Reduce technical debt by prioritizing effective, well-documented solutions for the benefit of current and future team members.
  • Share ideas openly and proactively to improve the code, product, and team processes.
  • Write technical documentation and create prototypes to validate the feasibility of new solutions.

To contribute to this role, we believe you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in building large-scale, distributed web applications.
  • Proficiency in PHP and React, with end-to-end development experience.
  • Experience with RESTful services and working within a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
  • Fluent in French and English to communicate effectively within a France-based international team.
  • A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, methodological approach, and enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript and PHP frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with security vulnerabilities and secure coding best practices.
  • Knowledge of or interest in learning Go to support the continuous improvement of our API.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools.
  • Motivation for continuous improvement and learning about new technologies.

Are you ready? Join us on our journey!

We review applications continuously and may un-post the job posting earlier based on candidate inflow. Submit your application in English to join us in making seamless and impactful connections worldwide.

At Sinch, we value learning, embrace change, and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth. Unfortunately, we are not able to support relocation outside the EU at the moment and therefore we will take into consideration only applicants that:
