Responsibilities:

• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high software quality standards within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and architects to design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
• Assist in defining and developing user stories, estimates, and work plans.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Package and support deployment of releases.
• Develop, refine, and tune integration libraries between applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Assess application and process improvement opportunities and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide support to business users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in a Software Development Team Lead, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with designing, developing, and deploying applications.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
• Experience with integration libraries and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of application and process improvement techniques.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
