We’re looking for a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead who is passionate about people, engineering excellence, and building modern software development culture. In this role, you’ll guide a team of talented engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner closely with Product and Design to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers. Provide regular feedback, facilitate career growth, and foster a healthy, collaborative team culture
Plan and prioritize engineering work, balancing feature development and team capacity to meet product roadmap commitments.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, guiding the team toward scalable and maintainable implementations
Remain hands‑on with development to stay close to the codebase, support technical decisions, and unblock the team when needed
Improve engineering processes, remove obstacles, drive best practices, and ensure high‑quality delivery
Actively participate in hiring-defining requirements, interviewing candidates, and building a high‑performing engineering team. What You'll Need
7-8+ years in software engineering with at least 2+ years leading or managing software engineers
Experience in SaaS product companies and complex technical ecosystems
Strong focus on people: mentoring, coaching, supporting career growth
Naturally curious mindset; someone who seeks improvement, learns continuously, and embraces change
Familiarity with modern engineering practices
