We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect at V2 Strategic Advisors, you will play a critical role in leading the design and delivery of high-quality Salesforce-based solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, architect end-to-end solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Additionally, you will engage in pre-sales activities, collaborating with business development teams to shape proposals and strategies for prospective clients.


Solution Design, Architecture & Configuration:

  • Lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, including data models, system integrations, and security frameworks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Collaborate to design, configure, build, test, and deploy Salesforce.com platform features across a variety of clouds/products (Sales, Service, Marketing to name a few).
  • Collaborate with project team members to design business requirements and specifications for Apex and Visualforce-based solutions created by the V2 Development team.
  • Map out data migrations and migrate data using advanced tools.
  • Present designs and solutions to clients through informal and formal user acceptance demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.
  • Lead end-user training sessions and maintain Salesforce.com certifications.

Client Engagement & Advisory:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic goals and providing expert guidance on leveraging Salesforce products and features.
  • Conduct architectural assessments and roadmap planning sessions to help clients achieve long-term business outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership in discovery workshops, actively contributing to identifying gaps and recommending solutions.

Industry-Specific Solutions and Expertise:

  • Provide support to create industry-focused solutions in high-growth areas.
  • Build industry-specific subject-matter expertise and Cloud technology knowledge.
  • Collaborate with V2 Talent to leverage existing solutions and knowledge.
  • Grow strategic certifications to support role and company knowledge.
  • Standardize documentation and training to support company growth.
  • Contribute to the centralization and standardization of industry and high-growth cloud and consulting-related documentation, systems, and training.
  • Partner with V2 Talent to build and deliver industry-focused training aimed at elevating the competencies and knowledge of Delivery and Sales team members.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including client discussions, RFP responses, and solutioning for new projects.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept designs that showcase the value of Salesforce solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape winning strategies and proposals for prospective enterprise clients.

Role Requirements:

  • At minimum, 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on Salesforce’s high-growth Clouds, including Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Data/Analytics and/or a combination of these.
  • Strong technical background in Cloud systems integration and Salesforce.com consulting.
  • Experience working within applicable V2 industries, including Media & Entertainment, Retail, and/or Communications.
  • Experience in creating strategic roadmaps and driving business development for external clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Salesforce Media Cloud experience a plus and highly preferred.
  • Relevant Salesforce.com certifications are highly desirable.

Travel Requirements

  • This role requires 20-25% travel to client sites as needed.
