Role Overview
The Solution Assessment Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Microsoft Solution Assessments, enabling customers to evaluate their existing IT landscape and build actionable strategies for cloud, security, and AI transformation. This is a hybrid or remote role, with flexibility for regional or global delivery alignment and working hours tailored to customer engagement requirements and supported time zones.
What You Will Do
Execute end-to-end Solution Assessments across Azure, Security, and Copilot portfolios, manage multiple concurrent assessment engagements, act as the primary technical point of contact, guide customers through deployment and tooling setup, advise on cloud adoption and AI enablement strategies, and deliver executive-level presentations.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or solution delivery
At least 2 years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience supporting customers in cloud migration, modernization, or security transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure), Microsoft 365, and Security solutions
Experience with migration and assessment tools, including deployment and troubleshooting
Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization strategies
Familiarity with security and governance frameworks
Ability to integrate outputs across cloud, security, and AI solutions
Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken)
