What to expect
End-to-end responsibility: You’re the director of digital transformation. You’ll guide our clients from the initial vision through the technical setup to productive use.
Project management from A to Z: You’ll independently manage client projects from the initial consultation through to go-live. You’ll keep a firm grip on scope, timing, and quality at all times.
Requirements interpreter: You listen closely, ask the right questions, and translate complex client needs into structured workflows that everyone can understand.
Solution architecture: You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of monday.com solutions and build robust system integrations with tools like Slack, Outlook, or HubSpot to ensure seamless data exchange.
Empowerment: You conduct targeted training sessions and create precise guides so that our customers can master their solutions sustainably and confidently.
Who You Are
Technical Expertise
monday.com Expertise: You have expertise in monday.com and, ideally, are already proficient in one of the following tools: Work Management, CRM, Service, or Dev.
Administration & Configuration: You have in-depth knowledge of the administration and configuration of monday.com tools and have implemented them in various corporate environments
Business & Tech: Software development, project work, and business processes? You know your way around these!
Strong conceptual skills: You develop customized solutions from analysis through implementation
Professional experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience (Associate Level) or additional project management experience (Senior Level)
Language skills: You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
Nice to have: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or similar (not required if you have equivalent qualifications or professional experience), certifications

Out-of-the-box thinking: Standard templates aren’t enough for you. You find creative solutions for niche processes where others fail.

Strong communication skills: You interact confidently and on equal footing—from team workshops to management meetings.
Confident demeanor: You can explain complex issues simply and inspire people to embrace new approaches.
Language skills: Business-level German and fluent English are a given for you in an international project environment.
