This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and a detail-oriented approach to process documentation.
Requirements
Experience / Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, SOP Developer, or Process Analyst.
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, business processes, or operational workflows.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
