What will you be doing?

The Account Specialist is a key player supporting Circana’s relationship with one of our largest and most strategic retail clients. You will analyze Circana data to develop insights and recommendations. You will be client facing, expected to lead selected projects and help present results. You will be viewed as a trusted partner at the client impacting their business decisions. Responsibilities include information analysis, delivering actionable insights, and building new relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support strategic approach to client, by developing relationships, understanding the client’s key initiatives, and partnering with manager to bring solutions to challenges and opportunities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Circana’s product portfolio and their application in measuring markets, competitors, and customers.

  • Accurately interpret Circana data and clearly articulate insights to both internal and external audiences in written and verbal formats.

  • Collaborate with the larger client team and internal business partners.

  • Handle inquiries around methodology and data validation across business areas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, discovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.

  • An independent thinker, inquisitive, collaborative, adaptable, and accountable.

  • Proficient in all MS Office products, with advanced skills in Excel.

  • Experience with point-of-sale data and/or panel-based buyer measurement data a plus.

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is [$47K to $75K].
