Your future responsibilities:
Ensuring high-quality remote onboarding of new bank customers via video call: document verification, customer identification, registration in banking systems, and presentation of product benefits.
Your experience and skills:
Fluent in Ukrainian
Computer skills
Access to backup power and a stable internet connection during power outages
Willingness to work in telemarketing
Quick learner who can easily process large amounts of information
Ability to connect with a diverse range of people
You are a team player
You can explain complex concepts simply
