What will you be doing?
The Product Specialist is an integral member of the Product Management team that supports ongoing solution delivery and roadmap innovation planning for our consumer Foodservice tracking service. This role is accountable for day-to-day maintenance of the service, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements within the Canada and US Foodservice Consumer platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Foodservice Sector in achieving Product objectives.
- Accountable for multiple aspects of data delivery, including data review, documentation management and internal communication.
- Maintain go-to-market, reference, and training materials.
- Manage survey changes, including input collection and testing.
- Collaborate across functions with Operations, IT, Research Science, Commercial and/or other departments to articulate product requirements.
- Participate in development of new product specifications, integrating feedback from internal or external stakeholders.
- Support the senior team in managing/enhancing the existing product portfolio and in tracking product pipeline, lifecycle progress, and product revenue.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience working with data and/or experience in consumer goods or Foodservice
- Solid understanding of data, analysis, and how it can be used to address business questions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership abilities
- Solid knowledge in all MS Office products (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- BA/BS Degree
- Prior experience working with syndicated consumer data is a plus
- Prior experience working with DecisionKey and/or Unify+ is a plus
