Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

The Third-Party Logistics (3PL) business in Specialty Solutions is a complex service, rich organization that is a tremendous growth driver for Cardinal Health. We are seeking a highly driven Client Implementations Manager who’s excited to help imagine, define, and build the future of healthcare.

The Client Implementation Manager functions within a product-led, mission-driven, Agile development environment by managing the discovery and delivery activities of one or more durable product development teams. They lead a multi-disciplined team to maximize customer and user value by leading a team to onboarding and support new and existing various models of 3PL clients (manufacturers).

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Proven experience managing and leading large, distributed teams of technical experts.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and how they relate to distribution management and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with ERP and EDI solutions, comparable to SAP products preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • High energy level, a team player, and a self-starter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years’ experience leading high-performing technology project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Will work with 3rd party technology vendors (i.e. vendor management) in T&M and Managed Service settings
  • Lead a team of employees and contractors to onboard and enhance 3PL clients to our Specialty Pharma distribution network
  • Experience engaging with 3rd party (customers and manufacturers) in a technology healthcare setting
  • Interface with senior level stakeholders as well as manage a domestic and international located team.
  • Oversee employees and contractors across different roles to ensure successful delivery and projects outcomes within desired timelines and budget.
  • Developing solutions and managing development teams who leverage agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3PL supply chain distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience onboarding new customers / clients to the organization.
  • Experience working with 3rd party technology vendors (i.e. vendor management) in T&M and Managed Service settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of database design and reporting.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Anticipated salary range:$105,800- $151,100
