As a Specialty Case Manager at True Rx, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued members. Your role will involve providing accurate information, guiding patients through specialty medication procedures, and resolving inquiries with efficiency and compassion. What You’ll Do:
- 1 Knowledge Hub:
- Provide precise information to patients, pharmacies, and relevant parties.
- Guide patients through specialty prior authorizations and medication acquisition processes.
- Efficiently use computer systems and online resources to respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with external partners to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed electronic records of interactions.
- Meet departmental standards for service quality and efficiency.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them promptly.
- Adapt to evolving procedures and policies.
- Excel in a performance-driven culture.
What You Bring:
- High School graduate (some college preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
- Proven decision-making ability and adeptness at multitasking.
- Willingness to learn and retain knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
