Key Responsibilities
- Write SQL scripts to complete certain updates in bulk.
- Display ownership of assigned projects as needed, identify opportunities to improve the customer support experience, embracing a company culture of continuous optimization and enhancements.
- Collaborate as needed with services counterparts in customer success and engineering (onboarding, training, & technical services) to ensure we deliver a cohesive experience.
- Clean data provided by customers for import into the system.
- Perform account setup tasks such as adding users, job, and email templates, enabling features, etc.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
- English Resume is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in supporting a technical product, preferably for a SaaS startup.
- Strong experience with SQL including writing unique scripts.
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team setting.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with exceptional time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
