    The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic real estate decision-making across a dynamic client portfolio. This role blends data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to drive operational excellence and portfolio strategy.     Key Responsibilities

    Data Analysis & Visualization

    • Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data to track operational supply/demand performance, key KPIs, and market health.

    • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support strategic storytelling.

    • Translate demand forecasts into actionable real estate requirements (expansion, consolidation, sequencing) aligning real estate critical dates and evolving business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Leverage supply/demand models to create data-driven real estate forecasts that enable cross-functional teams to make informed strategic decisions for future growth and planning.

    • Support capital and budget planning processes through scenario modeling and sequencing of moves.

    • Collaborate with technology leads to evaluate and implement emerging tools that enhance business processes

    • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and contribute to scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements. Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems or related field.

    • 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting.

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, or ESRI preferred but not required.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

    • Experience in client-facing roles and working within cross-functional teams.
