The Role

Are you passionate about turning leads into opportunities in a fast-paced environment? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sprinto, your goal is to drive growth in the U.S. mid-market SaaS segment by identifying and engaging potential customers through personalized sales and ABM strategies, positioning Sprinto as the preferred compliance automation solution.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Research: Identify potential mid-market SaaS customers using ABM strategies to target key accounts.
  • Develop SDR Playbook: Create a tailored playbook for effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Quality Meeting Setup: Schedule high-quality meetings via phone, email, and LinkedIn, articulating Sprinto's value.
  • BANT Qualification: Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline, ensuring quality handoffs to sales.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships, posi

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales development, B2B SaaS with proven quota achievement.
  • Experience executing ABM outreach targeting mid-market decision-makers.
  • Skilled in multi-channel prospecting via email, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Proficient in BANT framework for qualifying prospect fit and readiness.
  • Strong verbal/written skills for rapport building and tailored messaging.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing sales strategies.
  • Works well with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive results.
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven focus on meeting targets and improving outcomes.
