We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Digital Marketing Manager with previous cybersecurity marketing experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and other techniques driving lead generation and awareness around the PlexTrac brand and its solution offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own digital platform and establish the end-to-end digital marketing strategy to generate demand, increase brand awareness and consideration, improve engagement across consumer touch points, drive traffic and increase conversion
  • Establish digital KPIs, reports and dashboards, digital marketing best practices, governance and processes and share monthly generated reports demonstrating the impact of digital marketing initiatives as well as provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Understand buyer journey, and ensure measurability (ROI/KPI reporting) across all digital channels
  • Plan, execute, optimize and measure - in partnership with digital agency- all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns through HubSpot
  • Own strategy, set-up, optimization and reporting of paid media campaigns: AdWords, display advertising, retargeting, paid social etc. to boost ad engagement,/ conversion rates and cost per acquisition in line with brand awareness and lead generation goals
  • Understand SEO strategies and tactics, including keyword research and competitive analysis maximizing ROI and partner with content marketing to build a content engine to support execution
  • Work closely with digital marketing agency, content and graphic design external vendors to launch targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Guide budgeting, targeting and creativity for all digital programs
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and SDR teams to support lead generation goals and enhance interest generated through inbound marketing across our target audience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms, exploring new opportunities to expand our digital advertising efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/ campaign management experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, with previous cybersecurity experience required
  • Hubspot Partner & Marketing Certification/experience preferred
  • Proven ability to segment and design campaigns based on a strong understanding of security ICPs and buyer personas; in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing channels management: SEO/SEM, PPC, AdWords, email marketing and automation, social advertising, as well as Google Analytics and/or web analytics applications
  • Previous experience designing campaigns to target managed security service providers (MSSPs) is strongly preferred; experience designing campaigns that target managed service providers (MSPs) a plus.Experience in optimizing website/ landing pages (A/B testing), prospect funnels, and setting up and managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven ability to effectively analyze and report out on campaign results and leverage data when developing new campaigns
  • Highly creative, with exceptional communication skills; ability to define a story for personas across multiple touch points
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality work, under high pressure at times, within a dynamic organization
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong leadership skills, team-oriented with strong attention to detail

The typical pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD [$130,000.00] to [$175,750.00] per year. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s work location. In addition to a candidate’s work location, an individual’s base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At PlexTrac, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and equity options. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
