Job Description

Crete United knows the ins and outs of energy efficiency and energy management possibilities, regulations and standards. From initial assessment to installation and maintenance, we work together to find opportunities for energy savings with state of the art energy management programs where it makes sense.

Our national energy management team is expanding and looking to add a Sr. Director, National Accounts based in our Frisco office or working remotely. Focused entirely on energy management and energy efficiency, the ideal candidate will be able to run sophisticated and well targeted sales campaigns in high-value markets across the US. You wil:

  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives in the commercial and industrial energy management space.
  • Understand energy management and energy efficiency incentive programs and regulatory environments.
  • Draft strong and tailored proposals for energy management and energy efficiency projects.
  • Run outreach campaigns to potential customers in target markets with strong energy management and efficiency incentive programs.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with new clients to understand their needs and offer customized energy efficiency and management solutions.
  • Explore new market opportunities and target customer segments to extend our market reach.
  • Provide sales forecasts and budget reports to monitor performance and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Attend industrial trade shows in different industries to secure new customers and build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge and successful track record in meeting revenue goals within the U.S. energy management, energy efficiency, C&I and/or Utility markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. energy management and energy efficiency market dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of successful experience in the commercial energy efficiency and energy management space preferably in a senior sales role where you have crafted, presented and closed complex deals to c-suite audiences.
