Job Title: Sr. Global Supply Planning Analyst

Reports to: Director, Global Supply Planning and Trade Procurement

Location: Remote

The Role

The Senior Global Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enforcing Global Buy planning. Acting as the liaison between Brand, Development, regional planning, and factory planning in establishing best opportunities for meeting brand intro dates while ensuring best information from a regional view. Coordinates and determine of buy plan changes based on seasonal constraints, and regional milestones. The individual is responsible for coordination of global buys preparation and consolidation for conversion of Pos to factory requirements. They should be the SME as it relates to the area of buy timing and system functionality and policy, based on company policy, while identifying risks and opportunities for process and policy improvement and development to improve and maintain best-in-class on-time-in-full.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain Global Buy plan, coordinating with Brand, Development, and regional teams to communicate buys, balancing trade-offs for adjustments due to market milestone and communicating forecasts to factory planning.
  • Communicate global forecasts with cross functional partners, identifying and communicating constraints while coordinating with brand and regional teams on options for alignment.
  • Optimizing planning and buy executions by enforcing global and brand policies through in-system planning parameters.
  • Lead and support regional teams in brand strategies and buy executions.
  • Track and communicate factory managed inventory for selling opportunities, or excess risks.

We’d love to hear from people with

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or similar experience

Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical skills, creativity in problem solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with cross functional partners

$90,000 - $96,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
