RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
  • Manage the data analysis and design of analytics products across a focused area of the business value stream to enable data-driven business decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals.
  • Translate complex business requirements into data requirements and work with internal customers to define data requirement details based on expressed partner needs.
  • Responsible for providing the Digital Marketing team with data-driven insights that guide marketing optimization and investment decisions.
  • Measuring customer behavior on and across all the digital experiences we build to empower businesses with valuable insights that help them make better, more informed decisions.

  • Define and execute measurement strategies for multiple lines of business to test, measure and optimize digital marketing and online customer experiences.
  • Partner with business leads (Product, Marketing, etc.) to design and execute end-to-end digital analytics implementations, including requirements, implementation, QA, and reporting.
  • Architect digital analytics solutions through a standard, universal lens across all lines of business, with an additional focus on reliability, scalability, performance and compliance.
  • Be driven by the integrity of analytics data collection, ensuring that the business can be guided by quality data and insights.
  • Write documentation for business users, marketers, and web/mobile developers that details the digital analytics solution from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Define measurement strategies for multiple lines of business to enable functional business teams and the enterprise, to measure, understand and optimize online customer experiences.
  • Making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Perform Marketing Analytics, Campaign Measurement, and Reporting/Visualization using a combination of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL, SAS, and Tableau.
  • Perform extensive data profiling to understand data behavior and business rules.
  • Leverage frameworks for repeatable validation of data integrity within data products supporting accurate and consistent reporting and analytics.
  • Support standard methodologies in data analysis: data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modelling, validation, and documentation.
  • Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfil ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs demonstrating standard query syntax.
  • Identify business opportunities, establish goals, and communicate on the analytics pipeline.
  • Establishing analytics reporting that enables enhanced decision-making - Dashboard, MIS.
  • Solve complex business problems leveraging advanced analytics and big data capabilities.
  • Provide insights and improve program performances

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions and Project Management
  • A good understanding of the full project life cycle
  • Should have worked on projects related to digital and marketing data such as MMX, Campaign Analytics, AB Testing, Dashboarding using GA/Adobe data and great decking skills
  • Understanding of overall marketing funnel and marketing process. This can come from experience in various customer centric campaign design projects
  • Knowledge of digital analytics industry trends: tracking libraries and SDKs, cookies, data layer, tag management systems, report suite configuration, etc.
  • Should be able to work on open ended problems and create conceptual frameworks, strong stakeholder management
  • Comfort with technical documentation and independently developing innovative, untested solutions.
  • Experience enabling digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360, and other marketing technologies such as Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, conversion pixels, etc.
  • Comfort working alongside various functional teams (business, product, tech, etc.), across various lines of business.
  • Supportive--the success of partner teams is our success.
  • Product Management, Web Development or Tech background is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of databases and Basic SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile development for data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners to organize and prioritize work leveraging Agile project management methodology.
  • Familiarity with documentation in all phases of the project.
