Who are we looking for?
The Sr. Revenue & Billing Accountant’s primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely recording, reporting, and processing of revenue and billing transactions within an organization. This includes tasks such as invoice creation and distribution, collections and cash application, covering all entities. The Revenue & Billing Accountant plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the company’s revenue generation and billing processes. The position requires adherence to GAAP and the company’s accounting policies and procedures, performing all responsibilities in a timely manner. By maintaining precise financial records and following accounting guidelines, the revenue and billing accountant contributes to accurate financial reporting and supports the organization’s overall financial health.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum of experience in Revenue & Billing;experiences in SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting or collage in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience performing monthly and year-end close of Accounts Receivable activity in the system for all entities.
- Experience in the timely collection of Accounts Receivable.
- Previous experience managing accounting software, NetSuite ( Desirable)
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP)
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
