Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our SME portfolio by driving outbound sales. This role focuses on high-volume calling to connect with potential clients, offer recruitment solutions and close deals.
What You Will Do
Drive outbound sales by making high-volume calls daily to engage and convert leads into long-term clients, present SEEK's recruitment solutions through virtual and in-person meetings, and tailor proposals using market insights to deliver standout solutions.

Requirements
Strong experience in outbound tele or inside sales, ideally in high-volume environments (up to 100 calls/day)
Background in tele sales, SaaS/tech, or recruitment-related services is preferred
CRM-savvy and comfortable juggling multiple leads at different sales stages
Resilient, detail-oriented and outcome-driven – with a genuine passion for helping people and businesses succeed
Strong communicator – both verbal and written; being able to speak Bisaya is a bonus!
