We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Specialist in Revenue Strategy and Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business cases, working cross-functionally with various teams, and driving strategic decision-making to support our company’s objectives. This highly collaborative role is crucial in advancing BHG’s business strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop business cases by evaluating performance, understanding customer needs, and analyzing the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, credit, pricing, analytics, product teams, project management, and other stakeholders to analyze, strategize, design, and implement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategy change requests for the business, understand and anticipate their needs, and translate them into business requirements.
- Able to bring people together to solve problems, move and learn quickly, and win.
- Work across teams to centralize information and data, share insights, and bridge operations.
- Drive business prioritization for the changes and maintain a strong partnership with the product team.
- Able to structure data, insights into strategies for delivery, and keep people up to date on key principles for decisions
- Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver ad hoc presentations to leadership as required
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in business strategy, operations, analytics, product, or related fields, preferably with a background in financial services
- 3+ years of project or product management experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
