  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare technologies, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and organize development teams, including hiring, mentoring, and managing engineers.
  • Extensive experience as a hands-on coder, capable of building the founding codebase and setting technical direction.
  • Hands-on experience managing third-party integrations with banking and payment applications.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare, specifically HIPAA and SOC2, and experience implementing solutions that meet these standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Flowbite, or Tailwind.
  • Expertise in back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot, or similar languages.
