Product Belonging at Pinterest is all about building products that are inclusive, accessible and improve the overall wellbeing of Pinners. Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Accessibility, Inclusive and Wellbeing Product outcomes in partnership with engineering, product, design and Ops.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive Product Belonging programs, more specifically Accessibility and Wellbeing, based on current and emerging needs, ensuring scope, responsibilities, and ownership are well-established, risks are proactively identified and mitigated and that programs are executed and landed successfully.
  • Establish and own relationships with key partners across Product Belonging as their strategic and execution partner for delivering high impact programs.
  • Identify opportunities to close knowledge and communication gaps across the areas of the organization that this work touches (product, eng, PMM, design, and marketing, corp affairs, DEI).
  • Find medium to long term opportunities to drive efficiencies across Product Belonging holistically and individual programs to meet product, business, and OKR requirements while also streamlining engineering efforts and cost.
  • Advocate for product and execution changes where necessary.
  • Build a subject-matter-expertise on the functional areas of inclusive product, accessibility and wellbeing.

What we're looking for:

  • BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (10+ years in a technical or analytical role).
  • Strong technical breadth and judgment - ability to quickly ramp up and go deep on a range of technologies, ability to identify technical risks and tradeoffs.
  • Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Focus on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to persuade others to accomplish program objectives while holding yourself and your team to a high standard of accountability.
  • Experience driving Trust & Safety programs highly desirable.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
