About The Role
Our Store Manager will play a key role in leading a team of experts and stylists and will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Alongside the Regional Sales Manager you will work with Category Managers, Finance Analysts, Retail Marketing, HR, and Group Retail, to plan, organise and oversee approaches used by the in-store teams.
Lead, train, and manage a team to drive business growth.
Oversee store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and stock management.
Monitor key metrics and report results, recommending actions to stakeholders.
Organize and maintain stock deliveries, returns, and shrinkage rate.
Use data to build forecasts and discuss expectations with senior stakeholders.
Create unique in-store services and experiences.
Develop events and promotions using CRM, social media, and influencers.
Launch new products and services.
Continuously review and revise strategies to drive performance.
Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient retail environment.
Build and maintain product knowledge and keep the team updated.
Uphold the brand’s standards and ensure the team does too.
About You
Proven leadership in a premium retail environment.
Experience in store management and daily operations.
Strong stock management skills.
Ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Innovative problem solver with a track record of creating solutions.
Strong understanding of in-store operations and compliance.
Demonstrates integrity, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex issues and build strong relationships.
Passion for developing individuals and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
Organized, proactive, and committed to project delivery.
Ability to work 5 days over a 7-day shift pattern.
