We’re hiring: Strategic Account Manager | Enterprise Industrial Safety
At Trio Mobil, we’re building the future of proactive industrial safety.
This is not a traditional account management role.
We’re looking for an Account Architect and Expansion Leader who can build strategic enterprise accounts from the ground up.
The mission is clear:
Land → Expand → Standardize
You’ll land new Fortune 1000 customers through pilots and initial deployments, turn early wins into multi-site expansion, and ultimately drive enterprise-wide adoption.
What you’ll own
A $1M–$3M+ ARR quota
New Fortune 1000 customer acquisition
Pilot-to-rollout conversion
Multi-site and multi-region expansion
Enterprise-wide standardization
Executive and Economic Buyer relationships
Complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Value-based selling focused on measurable ROI and risk reduction
You’ll work through a structured enterprise sales motion:
Risk Assessment → Operational Assessment → Pilot → Value Alignment → Proposal → Rollout → Enterprise Expansion
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
10+ years of enterprise sales experience
Experience owning $1M+ quotas
A strong track record of Land & Expand
Deep understanding of MEDDICC
Confidence navigating complex buying groups and long enterprise sales cycles
The ability to create opportunities, not simply manage existing ones
