About the role
Reporting to our Director of Bullhorn Consulting Services, the Strategic Consultant will be responsible for holding a key position within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. As a consultant, you will work directly with our North American customers to optimize their workflow and usage of Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, VMS, etc.
A typical day will include...
Leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure that customers have a great experience implementing our products
Working alongside our Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations
Collaborating with other Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables
Designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation
Providing guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self service configurations
Reporting regular progress to the project team with regard to the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations , and other initiatives This role is a fit for you if...

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline - or equivalent prior work experience The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.
