We are looking for someone who already has trusted relationships with ecommerce brands, marketplace sellers, digital commerce teams, or supplier ecosystems — particularly in apparel, fashion, beauty, footwear, furniture, accessories, and other SKU-heavy retail categories.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with ecommerce and marketplace brands that fit Crop.photo’s ICP
Introduce qualified ecommerce operators, marketplace teams, merchandising groups, and digital commerce stakeholders to Crop.photo
Identify eCommerce vendors struggling with operational onboarding, product image workflows, merchandising scale, or marketplace readiness at scale
Work directly with leadership to help shape GTM strategy, ecosystem partnerships
Help identify operational pain points across ecommerce marketplaces, and onboarding workflows
Open conversations with seller/merchant teams, marketplace operators, ecommerce directors, onboarding leaders, and digital commerce stakeholders
Advise on how brands currently manage onboarding, catalog readiness, content workflows, merchandising operations, and visual commerce scaling Requirements
5+ years of experience working inside marketplace’s: merchant success, onboarding, seller enablement, ecommerce implementation teams
Existing relationships with ecommerce brands, marketplace sellers, digital commerce teams, or supplier ecosystems
Strong understanding of how brands operationally launch and scale across ecommerce and marketplace channels
Experience working with apparel, fashion, beauty, accessories, footwear, furniture, or other visual commerce categories strongly preferred
Comfortable working directly with startup founders in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative problem-solving skills
