About the Team:
The Strategic Integrations Product Group has a two-fold mission. Firstly, we build integrations between HubSpot products and market winning software tools that HubSpot customers use on a daily basis as part of their business processes. Seamless integrations enable our customers to streamline their business processes and have business-critical data at their fingertips. Secondly, we build APIs and tooling that enable HubSpot partners to build rich and powerful integrations and apps that enrich our customers’ ecosystem and help them grow better with HubSpot’s platform.
Come help us build an integration platform that will benefit both HubSpot partners and end users. You will have an opportunity to help us solve challenging problems from the ground up and interact with many parts of our engineering organization. This team is crucial to accelerating our platform ambitions and accelerating velocity for all of the teams in our product group.
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
- Write and ship production code that has meaningful and measurable user and business impact
- Envision, build and analyze new features and tools, each contributing to company growth and revenue
- Work with a small cross functional team of engineers, PMs, designers, content designers, and researchers
- Collaborate with HubSpotters all over the company, whether in engineering, product, design, research, marketing, support, etc
- Help thousands of HubSpot customers meet their goals and grow their companies, stemming from changes you’ve made
- Implement experiments that give us valuable insights into user behavior and how to improve their experience
- Get exposure to how HubSpot works as a business
You may be a fit if:
- A strong backend engineer with experience writing Java
- A bias for ownership, a self-starter, and willingness to dive in & drive work forward
- You are focused on building user centric solutions. You build empathy for their challenges and understand how they may flow through our product.

Cash compensation range: 157600-236400 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
