An analytical thinker comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, reporting and conducting complex database management and market research, as well as converting results into actionable business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
Translate customer needs of business growth through database management and market research using multiple channels and tactics such as excel formula based /automation based research, and secondary research.
• Combining various databases from different sources to create a master database.
• Basic understanding of Decarbonization and energy transition
• Market research on latest products, technologies and market trends in energy transition.
• Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high quality work.
• Candidate with passion, strategic thinking, problem-solving, team spirit, responsiveness, self-driven are preferred
Qualifications/requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English and have great communication and problem-solving skills
• Masters degree or equivalent working experience
• Preferably based out of Italy
- Must have at least 3 plus (3+) years recent tactical and strategic, database management and market research experience preferably on a B2B environment
• Strong Database management skills with relevant experience
• Strong project management skills with relevant experience
• Have high attention to detail and well organized
• Experience with online platforms, tools and protocols
• Confident in a multicultural, foreign environment
• Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity
• Ability to work cooperatively across departments, regions and aid to break down communication silos
• Strong interpersonal skills
