We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst to join the eHealth marketing team, reporting into the Director, Strategic Partners and Channel Operations. In this role, you will support the drive of our strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across the marketing team. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll partner to establish best practices for our operations and strategy across various business functions, including analytics, forecasting, compliance, and partnership management. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, operational insight, consultancy, and the ability to navigate complex environments involving compliance, legal considerations, and product integrations.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions. Utilize Excel to manage and manipulate data effectively.

Reporting & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive reports and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Operations Management: Assist in optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance.

Partnership Management: Evaluate partnership performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Compliance & Legal: Ensure that all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements. Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to address compliance issues.

Product Integrations: Assist with product integrations and align new solutions with existing systems and processes. Facilitate smooth integration by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive informed decision-making and strategic actions.

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Health Sciences, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience assessing marketing data and providing data-informed recommendations, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, or some other regulated sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation. SQL knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Operational Insight: Experience in overseeing and improving operational processes. Familiarity with compliance and legal aspects related to healthcare or insurance is preferred, but not required.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence others with your recommendations.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
