Your Purpose

As a Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by conducting comprehensive research, gathering and analyzing market data to uncover key trends. Your insights will inform critical decision-making processes. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review, ensuring that data-driven insights highlight areas for improvement and operational efficiencies. Working closely with the General Manager and other department heads, you will help develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the business unit's goals.

Who You Are

• Proven English fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Fintech, or similar high-paced, strategic environments.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas and strategies to leadership and stakeholders, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics autonomously to identify trends and develop new KPIs to drive performance improvements.

What You Will Do

• Conduct research, gather data, and analyze market trends to provide insights that inform decision-making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses for executive review and decision-making
• Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the BU’s goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Work closely with the Executive team to carefully manage internal communications.
