Responsibilities
You’ll support the further development of our in-house CRM system.
You’ll maintain our digital course offerings and keep them up to date.
You’ll prepare and analyze data and derive insights from it.
You’ll help develop AI applications and AI agents and test them in day-to-day operations.
You’ll identify opportunities to make processes simpler and more efficient and help implement improvements.
You’ll work closely with our developers and business units and document agreements and results.
You’ll take responsibility for your own tasks and actively drive projects forward.
Qualifications
You are enrolled in a degree program in business informatics, business administration, computer science, data management, or a comparable field
You have a strong technical understanding and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems and processes
You work carefully, in a structured and reliable manner, and handle confidential data responsibly
You have some experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools and are enthusiastic about AI. You are familiar with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting. Ideally, you have already created or deployed AI agents
You are interested in process improvements and the practical application of AI and automation
You communicate clearly, follow through on agreements, and speak and write German very well
