Position Summary The Zero Balance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing Zero Balance. Reviews operations focused on identifying and recovering hospital claims that have been deemed “zero balance” and closed by client hospitals. This role requires deep knowledge of hospital reimbursement, coding, and payer behavior, as well as the ability to identify recovery opportunities across large, complex claim inventories. The Supervisor serves as both a people leader and a subject matter expert, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and measurable financial results.
